FOUNDER AND CEO
Nirmal has over 13 years of experience in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. He has extensive experience in management and strategy, P&L management and business strategy implementation, project, program and portfolio management.
Nirmal has worked across functions, industries, MNCs and SMEs including IBM Business Consulting, Tata Communications, Tata Teleservices and Home Credit India.
Nirmal is an MBA from IIM (Indore), BE from University of Madras and a certified PMP.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS AND RECRUITMENT
Venkat is an IT consultant with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. He has over 15 years of domain exposure in the BFSI space and has delivered projects in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, in diverse platforms, complying with ISO-9001 and SEI CMMi-5 quality methodologies. He is also a functional and technology consultant in the recruitment space and has assisted recruitment agencies with technology solutions.
He was instrumental in design and development of emigration clearance project for Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Govt. of India which has won accolades from the ministry and the user fraternity of overseas recruiters.

HEAD OF SALES AND CLIENT RELATIONS
Varsha has extensive experience in B2B Sales & Marketing and Sales Strategy. She has been instrumental in Product Development, Client Relationship Management, Data Analysis and Go to Market Strategies.
Varsha is an excellent people manager and has extensive experience in the Telecom space.
Varsha is an MBA from IIM (Indore) and did her graduation from Symbiosis, Pune.
